These User Terms govern your access to and use of SuryaSelect website, tools, forms, recommendations, rooftop analysis, vendor matching and related services.

1. Nature of Platform

SuryaSelect is a solar decision intelligence and vendor matching platform. It helps users understand solar suitability, estimated capacity, savings, subsidy possibilities and vendor options.

SuryaSelect does not guarantee approval of subsidy, loan, net metering, DISCOM approval, installation outcome or financial return.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information and should be legally competent to request solar services for the property.

If you are not the property owner, you must obtain necessary permission from the owner, housing society, landlord or authorised person.

3. Estimates and AI Recommendations

All rooftop, capacity, savings, subsidy and ROI estimates are indicative. Final results depend on actual site survey, DISCOM rules, MNRE/PM Surya Ghar guidelines, vendor quotation, structure, shadow, roof strength, electricity usage and applicable law.

AI recommendations are assistance tools and should not be treated as final technical, legal, financial or government approval.

4. Vendor Interaction

SuryaSelect may connect users with verified or participating vendors. Vendors are independent service providers unless specifically stated otherwise.

Users should review quotation, warranty, AMC, payment terms, brand details and installation scope before confirming any project.

5. Payments

If any payment is made through SuryaSelect or to a vendor, the specific quotation, invoice, refund and cancellation terms will apply.

SuryaSelect is not responsible for offline payments made outside approved channels unless expressly acknowledged.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Not submit fake or duplicate requests
  • Not misuse vendor contact details
  • Cooperate for site visit and documentation
  • Verify final quotation and scheme eligibility
  • Use the platform lawfully

7. Limitation of Liability

SuryaSelect and Kaziranga Energy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or speculative losses arising from use of estimates, vendor decisions, subsidy delays, DISCOM approvals, loan rejection, site conditions or third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The SuryaSelect name, logo, software, dashboards, scoring systems, UI, data structures and workflows are intellectual property of SuryaSelect/Kaziranga Energy or their licensors.

Users may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, replicate or commercially misuse the platform.

9. Suspension

SuryaSelect may restrict or block users who submit false information, misuse the platform, harass vendors, attempt fraud or violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts/authorities having jurisdiction over [Insert Jurisdiction, Assam, India] shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
